Mr. Sands, on being contacted by you or your representative, will always offer a free in-office consultation. If you cannot come to him, he will go to you.

Mr. Sands takes an initial investigative retainer to get "their side of the story" after he has secured "your side of the story".

This document will be written, fully explained, you will sign it and receive an exact duly executed copy.

After Mr. Sands completes his thorough investigation, you will be called or E-mailed back into the office (or by phone, fax if you reside outside California or the U.S.A.) to discuss a fee and execute a written fee agreement (as required by the California rules of professional conduct and the State bar of California). You will also be provided a duly executed copy of the fee agreement you sign, understand and agree to.
